DESCRIPTION OF THE SAMPLES

500 grams of dates issued from palm trees treated just before flowering by Palmrea X1 solution were sent for analysis to the biggest European laboratory EUROFINS.

 

These dates were submitted to several tests in order to determine if any pesticide or foreign residuals did pass into the fruits after treatments.

 

TYPE OF ANALYSES

The main test concerns the MULTI RESIDUAL ANALYSIS (PE-SICA 07, LC-MS/MS and PE-SICA 04, APGC-MS/MS methods) which is the most complete pesticide sweep in Europe.

It includes about 500 active ingredients and is accredited for dried fruit and fruits.

 

Complementary tests were also made on our request on citric acid level, food dyes, glycerol and biocides.
 

 

 

RESULTS OF THE ANALYSIS

NO PESTICIDE WERE FOUND IN THE TREATED SAMPLES or WERE SO INFINITESIMAL THAT THEY COULDN’T BE DETECTED BY THE LABORATORY.

The citric acid test showed a level corresponding to the natural acid level of the fruit.
All the other tests had levels under the detection limits.

THE RESULTS PROOVES THAT DATES TREATED WITH Palmrea X1 ARE SAFE FOR HUMAN CONSOMPTION.
